Refund Policy

Merchant of Record

MessAPI uses Gumroad.com as the Merchant of Record for payments and invoicing. Charges on your bank/card statement may include a descriptor set by our store via Gumroad.com (commonly beginning with “FS*”). Refunds are issued to the original payment method according to the rules below.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed in advance for the selected term (monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless cancelled.
You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid term.
Fees are generally non-refundable for partial terms already used.

EU/UK consumer withdrawal right

If you are an EEA/UK consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases before the service starts. By starting to use MessAPI during this period, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the withdrawal right is lost once performance begins.

Exceptional refunds

We may consider refunds for duplicate payments, accidental multiple purchases, or verified technical issues that prevented access after purchase.

Refund windows (Gumroad.com)

Credit/debit card transactions can be refunded up to 6 months after the order.
PayPal transactions can be refunded up to 3 months after the order.
Tax (VAT/GST) may be refundable within 90 days in eligible jurisdictions.

Notes: Refund windows are subject to network and provider limitations. Chargebacks and disputes are handled according to card network rules.
